Kale & Banana Shake (Healthy & Vegan Breakfast item)









Ingredients:

  1. Kale Leaves: 2
  2. Carrot: 1
  3. Banana: 1
  4. Almond Butter: 2 tbsp
  5. Water: 1 Cup
Steps:
  1. Wash kale leaves and carrots with water.
  2. Cut Kale leaves and carrots into small pieces.
  3. Take 1/4 cup of water into a pot and add chopped kale leaves and carrots.
  4. Cover the pot with the lid and steam it for 10 minutes on the flame.
  5. After 10 minutes turn off the flame and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Now add steamed kale leaves and carrot to a blender  jar.
  7. Cut banana into small pieces and add to the jar.
  8. Add 2 tbsp of almond butter and one cup of water to the jar.
  9. Blend everything for one minute.
  10. Pour your kale shake into glass and enjoy .
