hi trupti :) lovely version of fried pakodas ,...i am fond of such healthy version. Did they crisp up well? like the baked french fries? i had tried another version last year and it didnt turn out well, infact it was like a dried batter drops which were breaking into morsels after baking, didnt crisp or brown.

Trupti said...

thanks Roopa. These pakodas are soft like regular pakodas
