- Red Capsicum : 1
- Green Capsicum : 1
- Broccoli: 3-4 Florets
- Cauliflower: 3-4 Florets
- Onion: 4-5 Slices
- Zucchini: 4-5 Slices
- American Eggplant: 2-3 Slices
- Salt to Taste (Optional)
- Cut capsicums and florets in desired shape.
- Grill all vegetables until they become tender. Do not over cook vegetables.
