Ingredients:
1 small carrot
1 medium cauliflower
1/2 capsicum
2-3 French beans
1 small piece cabbage
1 onion
1/2 tsp. Soya sauce
1/2 tsp. each grated ginger and garlic
1/4 tsp. crushed red chili
Salt according to taste
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornflour
1 tsp. Oil or ghee(clarified butter) or butter
2 cups water
Procedure:
1.Chop all the vegetables finely.
2.Heat butter in a pan. Add onion, ginger, garlic and vegetables.
3.Stir fry the vegetables till they look bright and done. Add water and bring to boil
4.Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup cold water and add to the soup, stirring simultaneously.
5.Bring to boil again. Add chili, sauce and sugar and boil till thick and transparent.
